Order Return Policy | Kardify Car Accessories

RETURN / EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT /REFUND POLICY:

Kardify follows a simple return/exchange/replacement/ refund policy which is enumerated herein below. Customers are requested to carefully read the policy before making any purchases on our platforms.

 

(I)        ARE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON KARDIFY RETURNABLE?

Most of the products sold on our platforms are non-returnable (except in certain circumstances enumerated herein below). Customers are requested to check about return/exchange/replacement of any product before buying them on the Platform/s.

Items which belong to the following categories are strictly Non-Returnable:

1.  Car fresheners

2.  Audio systems

3.  Customized car seat covers.

4.  Made to order Alloy wheels.

5.  Customised interior sets.

 

(II)     UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PRODUCTS RETURNABLE and REPLACEABLE?

 

Return/exchange/ replacement is eligible only under the following circumstances:

1.  Where the product received by the Customer is damaged, defective or not the product ordered or where there is quantity or description mismatch.

 

2.  The customer is advised to always take a video whilst opening the original packing of our products. This video will serve as evidence of any damage, defect or  quantity or description mismatch which will enable smoother process of return/exchange/replacement etc. In absence of such video or photo Kardify shall not be liable or responsible to carry out any return or replacement.

 

3.  Such issue of defect, mismatch etc. shall be communicated to Kardify  (pls send email to –support @kardify.in mentioning order ID and products details along with video) within 24 hours of customer receiving delivery of the product. Delay of more than 24 hours in reporting the said issue to Kardify shall automatically absolve Kardify of any liability towards the said product.

 

4.  Product packaging must be preserved in original condition with no damage, scratches, or grease stains. Any damage to the original packaging shall disqualify the said product from return/exchange/replacement unless it is shown with proof of video or photo that the said product was delivered with damaged original packaging.

 

5.   The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery (with no sign of installation or attempted installation). Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling, or physical damage, damaged/torn out the box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories will not be returned/exchanged/replaced and will be returned back to the buyer without adducing reason.

 

6.  While returning the package, the customer should ensure proper repacking of the products sought to be returned/ exchanged/replaced in their original packing to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit as Kardify will not be liable for refunds/return in case of damage of the product in transit, due to improper packaging.

 

7.  Refunds / replacement for returnable products shall be allowed only where the product is in its original condition, has not been used or installed or attempted to be installed and where the original packing is intact and product is not damaged in return transit and only after the Quality Check team approves of the said return.

 

8.  All accompanying manuals and other parts must be returned along with the product.

 

9.  If there is a difference in price between product to be returned and exchanged/replaced and the correct product to be delivered costs more - customer must pay the balance amount, only then will the product be approved for exchange/ replacement.

 

10.   If there is a difference in price between product to be exchanged and the correct product, wherein correct product to be delivered costs lesser, Kardify will initiate a refund for the balance amount OR provide a coupon of the same value that can be redeemed on the next purchase. In such cases Kardify’s decision to provide refund or coupon is final and binding.

 

 

(III)   WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES?

Where the product is being returned or replaced due to valid reasons enumerated herein and the return/exchange /replacement is approved by Kardify, Kardify shall pay for the return delivery charges including charges to ship the correct product back to the Customer.

 

(IV)   WHEN WILL THE CUSTOMER RECEIVE REFUND/REPLACEMENT

(1)  After the returned/ to be exchanged/replaced product is received, inspected, and approved by our Quality Check team, it will take about 24-48 hours for the refund to be initiated and 5-7 working days for the refund to reach source account. In case of Cash on  Delivery payments- the refund will be credited to the customer’s account once account details are shared with us.

(2)   An exchange/ replacement of product will be processed (based on availability of product and upon verification of customer’s claims). Subsequently a refund will be initiated which will take 5-7 working days to reach source account of customer. 

 

 

(V)      WHAT CAN THE CUSTOMER DO FROM HIS/HER END TO ENSURE CORRECT DELIVERY OF PRODUCT ORDERED.

 Before accepting delivery of any product, the customer should mandatorily ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. Where the customer observes that the package is damaged or tampered, it is advised that the Customer takes photographs/videos of the said products and refuse to accept delivery of product and inform the Kardify Support team at the earliest.
