Cancellation By Kardify: Under certain circumstances Kardify may be compelled to cancel an order due to unavailability of product, non-availability of the quantities ordered by customer or other reasons. In such circumstances Kardify reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.
In case of certain orders where additional information is required (e.g. for customizing your ordered products Kardify may require additional information and verification to confirm the order). Sometimes after receiving such further information Kardify may cancel the order due to various reasons. Where an order is canceled, information of the cancellation will be duly shared with the customer. Where order is cancelled after the customer has paid for it and amount has been debited from the customer’s bank account, the said amount will be reversed back to the customer’s source account within 5-7 working days.
Cancellation by Customer: In case of requests for order cancellations, Kardify reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. Where cancellation is received after order has been processed Kardify reserves the right to refuse cancellation. Cancellation requests before order has been processed shall be accepted by Kardify and if any amount has been paid, the entire amount shall be refunded to the customer ‘s source of payment within 5-7 working days. Kardify will strictly not be able to Cancel orders that have already been processed or are shipped/ en-route to delivery. Decision taken by Kardify regarding cancellation or refusal to cancel an order shall be final and binding upon the user.
